Bring the information and components of sports medicine, sport science, mental training, and team culture that professional and Olympic athletes and teams have access to within the elite athletic environment to your entire team!!

PERFOMANCE COACHING FOR TEAMS:

10 Week Comprehensive Full Team Program:

  • Customized program for a team (10-15 athletes) and coaches
  • Athena Athlete journals for each athlete
  • Speaking with team as a group each week on different topics (30min meeting)
    • Topics can include (but not limited to): beginning foundation, confidence, leadership, nutrition, injury prevention, team building, goal setting, mindset, grit, time management, etc…
  • 1:1 meeting (20min) each week with each athlete to personalize information and connect to  individual athlete’s specific personality, needs, strengths, and priorities.
    • *1:1 athlete meetings can happen in person at practice or via FaceTime/phone call.
  • 1:1 meeting (20min) with coaching staff to guide with implementation of weekly information in to practices to reinforce and support skills being taught.
