Individual Coaching Session (1hr):  

  • 1hr private coaching and feedback (via FaceTime or Messenger; in-person locally upon request)

 

5 Week Program:   Includes 5 weeks of personalized information on both physical and mental components to support and enhance sport performance and life skills.

  • 5 (1/wk) – 30-45min private individualized coaching sessions  (via FaceTime or Messenger).
  • Topic examples include:  Confidence, Leadership, Nutrition, Injury Prevention, Perseverance, Strength Training, Goal Setting, Time Management,

 

10 Week Inclusive Program:  10 weeks of comprehensive and personalized information on both physical and mental skills to support and enhance sport performance and life balance.

  • 10 (1/wk) – 30-45min private individualized coaching sessions (via FaceTime or Messenger).
  • Topic examples include:  Confidence, Leadership, Nutrition, Injury Prevention, Perseverance, Strength Training, Goal Setting, Time Management, Conditioning, Awareness of Self & Others, Statistics,
  • Athena Athlete Journal
  • Private Facebook Group for further information, support and inspiration from Athena Athlete community
